Delete Your Account & Data
You can request permanent deletion of your PeptiGuide AI account and the data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed. Submit the form below with the email address linked to your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile and onboarding preferences
- Injection tracker logs (peptide, dose, site, notes) and vial inventory entries
- Your AI assistant question history
- Subscription/entitlement records linked to your account
What we may retain, and why
We may keep a minimal record for a limited period after deletion where required for fraud prevention, security, or legal/tax obligations (for example, subscription transaction records required by law), and de-identified, aggregate usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you. These residual records are not used to provide you the Service again.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
